For over 25 years Joe Cinquemani has enjoyed a dynamic law practice representing clients in business, real estate, and secured transactions.  

Activities include:

 

  • Representing entrepreneurial start-ups, forming partnerships and joint ventures, negotiating and drafting shareholder agreements, as well as representing clients seeking preferential commercial financing or tax credits from city and state economic empowerment agencies such as The Empire State Certified Development Corp., The Bronx Overall Economic Development Corp., and now from The Office of Cannabis Management, and other quasi-governmental agencies, all seeking business solutions to complex legal problems and novel business challenges.
     

  • Representing buyers, sellers, lenders, landlords and tenants in transactions involving single and multi-family dwellings and commercial properties, real estate transactional law is especially dynamic and nuanced.  The “new economy” requires insightful and flexible problem solving skills, as well as thoughtful counsel and focused negotiations.

 

The practice is committed to understanding each client’s legal and business needs, to provide good counsel and excellent legal services contributing to each client’s success.

 

Joe and his family  volunteer time and resources to Hope & Heroes, to fund the life-saving work on childhood cancer and blood disorders in the New York region.
